In partnership with Clozaril Support and Assistance Network (CSAN), we are proud to offer mobile testing with the CSAN Pronto.
Clozaril is associated with a risk of agranulocytosis, a condition that reduces the white blood cell count and can weaken the immune system. To prevent this potentially life-threatening side effect, patients taking Clozaril require regular blood tests to monitor their white blood cell count. However, visiting the lab for these tests can be a challenge for many patients, especially those with mobility issues or transportation difficulties. In some cases, patients may even be noncompliant with their medication regimen due to the difficulties of regular lab visits.

What is the CSAN Pronto?
The Clozaril Support and Assistance Network (CSAN) is a program that provides support to patients who take Clozaril. One of the services offered by CSAN is mobile testing, which allows a nurse to come to your home to administer their blood test. The CSAN Pronto is a mobile testing unit equipped with all the necessary equipment to perform a Clozaril blood test, including a centrifuge for spinning the blood sample and a cooler for transporting it to the lab.
